Upload Files
Alteia gives you the possibility to upload files such as project layer files of construction as-built, future mine plans, or even previously processed data from other sources such as manned aircraft, ground based sensors, human surveys or just to stock your files to be shared with your collaborators.
1. Upload Files
Step 1: Select the project you wish to add the file.
Step 2: Click on "Upload Files"
Step 3: Select whether you want to upload this file :
- All your Surveys
- A new Survey
- A specific Survey
Step 4: Define what type of File you are uploading
Step 5: Select the projection system used to create that file
Step 6: Click Upload
2. Upload Vector Files (Shapefile, Geojson or KML)
Step 1: Select the project you wish to upload the file.
Step 2: Click on Upload Files
Step 3: Select whether you want to upload this file. (If you wish to use this file in an analytics. Make sure to upload it into a specific survey)
Step 4: Drag and drop the Shapefile, Geojson or KML file
Step 5: Select the category.
Step 6: Select the CRS of the file
Step 7: Upload
3. Upload of hyperspectral data (ENVI+HDR)
This section describe the workflow to upload hyperspectral data (photogrammetry processed with an external software)
Step 1: From the project page click on "Upload Files"
Step 2: Select "A specific survey of this site" and select the survey (flight) where you want to upload the dataset
Step 3: Drag and drop or browse file to locate the ".hdr" file
Step 4: Then drag and drop or browse file to locate the ENVI file and click on “Next”
Step 5: Select the “Type” (Raster), the “Category” (Reflectances) and set the CRS (of the file)
Step 6: Click on "Upload" and "Confirm"
Step 7: After upload the file is available in the download section. This files can now be used to create Custom scouting map or Custom
4. Upload of Satellite Data - Multispectral
This section details the workflow to upload multispectral Satellite Data (reflectance map)
Step 1: From the project page click on "Upload Files"
Step 2: Select whether you want to upload this file for a new Survey or to a specific Survey
Step 3: Drag and drop or browse file to locate the ".tif" file and click on Next
Step 4: Select Raster in Type and Reflectances in Category
Step 5: Select the CRS of the file
Step 6: Your reflectance map contains various bands with a certain order (for example Band 1 is the blue band, Band 2 is the Green Band, Band 3 is the Red Band, etc.
In the following section, you need to define the Band Name of each bands in the same order than in the reflectance map.
Optional: Add the Central band length and width
Step 7: Click on “Upload” and “Confirm”
Step 8: After upload, the file is available in the download section. This files can now be used to create a Custom scouting map or Custom Composition map
