The Alteia platform is accessible by simply connecting to the Internet.
In order to have the best possible experience on the platform, we recommend the following minimum hardware specifications for your device should be met.
- 8 GB of RAM
- An Internet connection (minimum bandwidth: 8192/1024 kbit/s download/upload rates)
- A keyboard and a computer mouse with a wheel
- The use of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox search browsers
Please note that other search browsers such as Microsoft Edge, Safari, or Opera are not supported.
